After having 3 wedding in less than 20 months I appreciate someone like Kara that takes the time to help the Bride and Groom pick out their favorite cake. She created just the cake they wanted. It was great working with her and wish her the very best as she continues to create for other very happy customers. "Two peas in a pod" was a huge success and tasted great!

My wedding cake was created by Kara. It was absolutley delicious!!! She customized our cake to fit our wedding theme, which was Halloween. Our guests still boast about how wonderful our wedding cake was, yet our wedding was eight months ago! Way to go Kara!

Kara's cakes are the most amazing cakes I have ever tasted! I have ordered about 10 cakes from her in the past 5 years .. They are always fresh and delicious, not to mention beautifully decorated! She is an awesome baker, and would highly recommend her for any event!

Cakes By Kara is the best cake vendor ever! She puts not only the best ingredients in her cakes to make them absolutely delicious but she also adds her outstanding personal touches. From the decorating to the responding of e-mails and phone calls, she makes the bride feel at ease. Our wedding reception was in Grosse Pointe Farms and unlike many other vendors that would not drive the distance, she did! Honestly, besides the cakes being so good, my husband and I fell in love with her personality the moment we met her. Kara's cakes are delicious!
