After 11 very successful years of owning a "Franchise" ice cream store in Allen Park, we decided to venture out on our own. Over those 11 years we met a lot of customers that also became friends. After much thought and consideration we decided to stay where our customers and friends knew us, in Allen Park. Two Michigan dairies were chosen by us to supply our ice cream, Indendent and Ashby. Its so refreshing to deal with these companies because when you talk to them, you are talking to the owners and they obviously care about their product, us and our store as well. We pride ourselves on our selection of ice cream, beautiful cakes, novelties and individual treats for everyone and every occasion. As it states on our front door, "Enter as a customer, leave as a friend", we believe this with all our heart. Thank you friends for making this possible!!

I must give a 5 star rating to the AP Daily Scoop. Bonnie and Shiela have done a tremendous job opening a comfortable place to get ice cream. check out their website and you will see the cutest little 2 year old boy standing next to the clown loving his ice cream - that's my son he LOVES this place. Great job guys
This ice cream is my absolute favorite...and the price is right! You would think a Michigan ice cream couldn't compete with the national brands, but these are superior. My favorite is Majestic Milky Way. The owners and staff are wonderful.
I go out of my way to stop at this store. 2 Michgan daires, wonderful atmosphere, great selections, great prices, beautiful cakes and wonderful owners and employess!! This store is definately worth the trip!!
This is not only the best ice cream in detroit but the world,,,so much better then that place that has one for every day of the month,,,owners are a little off the wall but what do you expect ,,,just kidding girls,,,love ya,,and wish you well,,,but would be better if you brought me some ice cream to the south,,,,,,
The AP Daily Scoop is agreat place to go for ice cream. All the kids in the neighborhood love it. Even the adults are all talking about what a nice ice cream shop the AP Daily Scoop is. The owners a great people who love to talk to all of the folks that come into their shop, young or old.
