After 11 very successful years of owning a "Franchise" ice cream store in Allen Park, we decided to venture out on our own. Over those 11 years we met a lot of customers that also became friends. After much thought and consideration we decided to stay where our customers and friends knew us, in Allen Park. Two Michigan dairies were chosen by us to supply our ice cream, Indendent and Ashby. Its so refreshing to deal with these companies because when you talk to them, you are talking to the owners and they obviously care about their product, us and our store as well. We pride ourselves on our selection of ice cream, beautiful cakes, novelties and individual treats for everyone and every occasion. As it states on our front door, "Enter as a customer, leave as a friend", we believe this with all our heart. Thank you friends for making this possible!!

great family atmosphere, awesome selection, in a nice community. very clean inside and of course, the most important thing, yummy ice cream! can't beat the fresh waffle cones!
The store is very clean. Everytime I go I try something new. I still have a lot more to try. The staff is always willing to give me a sample. The prices are great especially on Tuesday. I wish they would have other specials during the week.
What a great addition to Allen Park. The ice cream is great and the owners are fun. Our kids look forward to going up to AP Daily Scoop on Tuesdays because it is 99 cent scoop day!!
I live in Florida, but visit family in Michigan often. It was such a pleasant surprise to find AP Daily Scoop on my last visit. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the owners as if they had known me for years. Bonnie and Sheila were so friendly and so hilarious! The ice cream is so good; definately beats any "chain" brand. I can't wait to return to Michigan, where my first stop from the airport will be to AP Daily Scoop to pick up an ice cream cake for my folks and a cone for myself!
What a wonderful addition to AllenPark. The store is clean, cute and they have so much to offer there is something for everyone. The girls, Bonnie and Sheila of course, go out of their way to make customer service a huge priority!!! This will be someplace I make a point of stopping at often.
I passed this place on the way home from the airport. I will return there often because the service was great and the icecream was super delicious. Cannot beat this place.
My husband and I can't tolerate much sugar in our diet for health reasons and we drive from Romulus just to get ice cream at the AP Daily Scoop. It is well worth the drive! They have the best no sugar added ice cream we have ever tasted, especially the butter pecan. When I had to have surgery and was unable to drive, I had to rely on friends to go and pick it up for me and now they are hooked too. The owners are so friendly and asked us what our favorite flavors are and then they got them in! I know that they don't have enough freezer space to do this every time, but it was such a personal touch that we will always feel that the trip to Allen Park is well worth it to us. The citizens of Allen Park are so lucky to have it right there in their back yard!
This ice cream shop is just what Allen Park needed! A friendly atmosphere, delicious ice cream, softserve, ice cream cakes made to order, smoothies, no sugar added ice cream, and Sanders products! There is something for everyone. They even make their waffle cones in the store, and it smells great! The owners, Bonnie and Sheila are really nice. That is why I vote AP Daily Scoop as the best ice cream shop!
