The Astrein family are a wonderful group of people. They are well liked in their hometown and are involved in many aspects of the community. They are very charitable and kind. With top gemologists and a fine selection, its not surprising that they are one of the best. They treat every guest that walks into their store like a guest in their own home.

My husband and I were in Detroit for my best friend's son's graduation and met the owner of Astreins and his wife at the party.. We were celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary in 4 more days and my husband promised me a diamond ring on our 5th anniversary. I had remembered the promise, but knew due to his travel and work demands that there was no way he would remember, let alone have time to shop for a ring. To the rescue came Richard and Deb. As I was napping, they went to secure their best jewels and settings and brought them to the event where my husband and my best friend picked out the most awesome ring and had it available for Jack that evening. That is the best customer service I have ever received. Buying from Astieins is buying from friends.
