The Bistro: Beans & Cornbread. Sit down to the crooning of Sarah Vaughn or Maxwell, and enjoy some of the tastiest African-American cooking in the Midwest. Baby Sister's Babybacks, Tempura Battered Shrimp, or our hand-patted Salmon Croquettes with Portabello Mushrooms are just a few of the entrees that are served. A coworker of mine won a gift certificate during our company's Black History Month celebration. She insisted I make the trip from the city of Warren. I did make the trip one Saturday evening and was so impressed, not only with their BBQ chicken, mac & cheese, greens, and sweet potato muffins, but also their friendly customer service. This establishment is first class!!!!
