Breadsmith of Bloomfield Hills

Category: Bakery (87 listings)

Breadsmith of Bloomfield Hill opened amidst great expectation in September 1993. The goal at the time was to become the community's neighborhood bread store. That goal was met shortly after opening as the community received us with open arms. Since then, we have taken steps to provide our loyal patrons with outstanding customer service and an ever widening array of superior quality products. In addition to our award-winning breads, we offer a selection of delicious jams, dipping oils, honeys, gourmet mustards and tapenades, an assortment of sweets and hot coffee. We employ a dynamic, open bakery concept that makes for a fun and interesting experience when you visit our micro-bakery. Our décor is open, fresh and clean. Stop in anytime for a free, warm slice of any of our hand made, hearth baked breads.

The breads are simply delicous as are the cookes, muffins, lemon squares, etc. Everything is outstanding. The service, help, explanation of ingredients used are very helpful. They are hard to beat and would be very difficult to compete with.

The smell of fresh baked bread draws you in from outside the store. Once inside, you'll notice no less than 15 various artisan flavors on any given day.

In addition to all of the "staple choices" such as French, Italian and Multigrain, They also have selections such as Cheddar Sourdough, English Muffin Bread, and Granola Bread all hand made with no preservatives.

You cant leave there without buying a delicious oatmeal raisin or chocolate chip cookie the size of a small plate or one of their famous chocolate brownies.

Between the friendly service and the delicious bread, i am hooked.
