I love this place! I had my very first pedicure ever today by Brittany. Her signature pedicure was pure heaven on earth, over an hour and a half of softening, soothing and beautifying while I sipped a mimosa and relaxed. She helped me as a newbie with everything and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. I am hooked and will be a regular.
After my pedicure I had my eyebrows waxed by Kerry who was quick as a wink and made them look better than they have ever looked. I am so very impressed, even with my sensitive skin they were all better within minutes and none of that red puffiness. When I got nervous she was able to soothe me and was so very reassuring, what a pro.
You have to try Brown & DeLine, I am up for a haircut next and plan on this being my full service salon after one great visit. Thanks so much to the great staff, you really do know how to make a woman feel amazing.

JayCee is absolutely the best esthetitian I've ever seen! She takes her time, talks to you until you relax, and as a consequence doesn't hurt you when she does so. She also takes care to use different types of wax depending on the area she's focusing on. I've been seeing her for 2 years and shiver at the recollection of the last two women I've had to see on the rare occasion when JayCee was too busy to see me or I needed an emergency wax.

I have had my hair cut and colored by Cathy I. for 11 years, and she is truly the best! She listens to me, and suggests colors and styles that enhance my hair. Her personality is outstanding, and she makes you feel like family. Anyone can tell who visits her salon, she manages her staff with respect, and she creates a pleasant work environment. Her staff is always professional and friendly. I would never go to anyone else, as I trust Cathy implicitly.

My stylist Kelli is AMAZING!! Not only is she a color educator, but she is a very talented well versed color specialist. Her updo's are the best I have ever seen, and her knowledge of the industry is impeccable. I was referred to her by a friend who was referred to her and we all agree, there is no stylist that will listen and pay as much attention to detail as she does.

B & D West is the best place for a great day of pampering.Lynette is an amazing hair stylist,Sarah works wonders on my feet and hands and Halina takes excellent care of my waxing needs! Would highly recommend this salon.
