Many people wonder how two young men were able to purchase a restaurant and develop a successful concept. The answer is simple...hard work, dedication and a little bit of brain power. The story goes like this:
Burger Spot is owned and operated by two friends, Adam Covington and Charles Schmidt. After a lot of research, Adam and Charlie realized that there was no place in Plymouth to get a great burger, so after that point the two went onto eating hamburgers for lunch and dinner, trying to learn as to what made a great one. They soon realized that it all had to do with the meat. After tasting meat from local butchers and major food distributors they decided to purchase their meat from Eastern Market of Canton, a local butcher in Canton, Michigan. From there the two gathered ideas from the travels with the corporate world and from their own barbecuing experiences and developed all the different kinds of hamburgers that can be found on their menu. From there the concept of Burger Spot was developed.

Burger Spot burgers have the best seasoning, are made fresh and are fantastic! As a burger fanatic who has chased down many restaurants on the GQ best burger list and other "Best" lists, I can definitely say Burger Spot tops them all!

The best veggie burger....a huge portabello mushroom topped with grilled zuchinni, yellow squash, red onion, lettuce, tomato and cream cheese! YUMMY!
