Fresh Quality Ingredients – because we deal with a smaller vendor for our purchases, we can be better involved in the quality and freshness of the produce, meats and dairy we purchase. We buy the freshest possible and if it is locally grown or produced, all the better! We grow our own herbs in our garden at the kitchen and we have our own spice blend made just for us.

I was very pleased with Carlson and Flavia was very helpful and efficient. We had lunch provided everyday for a week at warehouse and Carlson was great. Porvided everything we needed, i didn't have to worry about helping them set up and everyone loved the food. Also, everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful with my many changes...thanks!!!

Our picnic this weekend was wonderful! Carlson Catering Company is the best. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They touch base pre-picnic to make sure everything is on track. I like that in a vendor. My Catering Rep, Flavia, actually came out to the picnic to make sure everything was as planned. IMHO, that is great service. The entertainment - top notch! Everyone was involved and they had a blast! The food, outstanding! I heard Carlson's uses local farmers during summer. The salads were very tasty and fresh. Our employees and their families hit the buffet line a couple times because the food was just so good!
Don't settle for mediocre catering. I used to until I tried Carlson Catering. I'll stay with them. The difference is huge. Really huge. They are great to work with, professional and accommodating. One of the best things I like about them is they will work with your budget. I think the custom menus they create to fit my budget are a better value than their printed menus. I highly recommend Carlson Catering Company.

Carlson Catering is a one stop shop and they took care of all of our needs. From the renting of supplies and moon walk, organizing the games, taking care of the DJ, and yes of course the FOOD, absolutely the best.
I have had no complaints and we look forward to using them next year. Everyone is asking me how I am going to top it.

Carlson Catering catered my reception and they did a top-notch job! I especially liked how my mother-in-law and I were able to attend a "taste testing" at their location. This allowed us to taste all our options, prior to deciding on the menu for our party, and also see their clean and organized kitchen! I highly recommend them!!!
