Obviously the people that vote on this have never been to Copper Canyon, because their beer bests everyone else, hands down (Except for Dragonmead, but they really need to update and get a REAL kitchen).

Copper Canyon is where you'll find one of the most talented and adventurous brewers in the state: Todd Parker. He has created some truly excellent beers. If you can, check out the beer he calls "Ten." Ten types of malt, ten types of hops, released to celebrate CC's ten year anniversary. Great stuff.
Oh, yeah... they have awesome food as well.
