It's been 15 months since my wedding and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PHOTO ALBUM! They don't answer their business or cell phones. Response to emails, voice mails and texts take a MINIMUM of 3 weeks, if at all! And their answer to all of this...why I don't have a product that I paid almost $5000 for?! My father passed away, there was a glitch in the ordering process, my sister was paralyzed in a car accident and my mother died. Even if all of these excuses were true, which I doubt, they still have a business to run. They certainly didn't have a problem taking on the job and my money. I hope anyone who is looking for a photographer will take this review into consideration.
