I will never forget my first experience visiting Eastern Market! As a child seeing all the vendors. Hearing all the bargaining and seeing the taste testing. Loving the wonderful fresh aromas of the wonderful vegetables and fruits. The lovely display of flowers!
I remember tasting my first buttermilk. My dad treating me to a yummy ham sandwich.
I loved seeing all the different people. A great people watcher place. I loved watching what they were interested in buying.
Been going here since I was a child with my parents, I took my children and now my grandchildren and it's still the best. It has of course the freshest produce and the surrounding area has everything else.!
