They have the BEST customer service in town. The shop owners are always friendly and remember your name and your children's names, plus they get amazingly cool thinsgint he store, unique things. I always get my teacher gifts from them or great hostes gifts you can't find anywhere else.

Emerald Dragonfly is a fantastic gift boutique in the Kerrytown shopping district in Ann Arbor. Located across from Zingerman's and in an area with lots of other shopping, it's a great place to stop to pick up a gift for yourself or someone else when you are in the area. The owners, a local couple, are very friendly and helpful. It's great to see a small local business doing so well and with such great customer service. 5 stars!

Such a great variety, I can find something for everyone on my list! They are always getting new fantastic artists in the gallery that keep me coming back, time and time again. A must place to visit in Ann Arbor!!!

Lovely people and a lovely selection of gifts and decorations. The owners also get involved in craft demonstrations and practicals, these usually give little kiddies huge amounts of joy and excitement. I have never been to a shop worldwide as special as Emerald Dragonfly.
