The Bogoeski Family started serving Chicken, Ribs, and Pizza in 1989 in Livonia, Michigan. The original location is a local staple at 7 mile and Middlebelt and is currently operated by Nick Bogoeski (founder) under the name of Famous Broasted Chicken.
A second location is now open in Plymouth, Michigan at the corner of 5 mile and Beck Road and is operated by Nicks youngest son, Joe Bogoeski and his wife Kristina This location serves the signature Famous Broasted Chicken, St. Louis Style BBQ Ribs using our secret family recipe sauce, along with Beer Battered Alaskan Cod, Grilled Whitefish, Cocconut Shrimp and more. This is a family run business committed to serving our cusomers with high quality foods at reasonable prices.

Amazing Barbecue! Famous Chicken-Ribs has consistently impressed our family with delicious chicken, potatoes and fresh sides (I LOVE their coleslaw!). It's obvious that they take a lot of pride in what they do. The quality of their food and service is unsurpassed, and we are lucky to have them in the area!!

They have the best chicken and ribs. My son loves their mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. The family who owns it is so nice and friendly. I would eat there every day if I could.

The ribs are delicious and fall off the bone. They have huge pulled pork sandwiches on texas toast with slaw that is the best I have had. I also tried their beer battered fish and shrimp and have been totally happy. These folks make good food.

I like their ribs the best their sauce is tangy and really has a great spice on them I have tried them and would recomend this to anyone to try their ribs their awsome .
