Excellent place for families. The daycare is outstanding. They make sure all the children are safe and having a good time. The classes are also wonderful. The instructors will also help and answer any questions.

GLAC is the greatest health club ever!! The daycare staff, as well as the rest of the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The equipment is kept clean, running well and i never have to wait for time on a machine. I really enjoy working out at GLAC.

This gym has it all! Top of the line workout equipment, indoor track & a large gym, a myriad of group fitness classes, top-notch trainers available, free child-care, indoor and outdoor pools, a cafe with healthy food & drink, and locker rooms complete with showers, sauna, and even tanning booths!

After joining GLA three years ago, I have found GLA is everything you could want in a gym. A full schedule of group fitness classes for all fitness levels, up to date equipment and plenty of space. Also, the extra curricular classes are numerous. Both my children have taken swimming lessons at GLA and become confident swimmers.
The major benefit for our family is the excellent child care center. Our kids (4 & 8) love it, and mom can get her work out. Both inside and outside pools are large and well maintained. Much of our summer has been spent at the outdoor pool. The cafe is great too, love the coffee and smoothies. Sandwiches and snacks are healthy with a variety of tasty choices.
All in all, I have been a member of many gyms, this is by far the best.

It does have very good facilities, and is Exceedingly clean, but I found some mebers of the staff... unhelpful. Overall, though, I think this is a wonderful facility and would love to see it win.

I have been a member at GLAC from the begining. I call it my second home :) I am also an employee. The place is great! Great staff, clean, clean, clean, and they have all the workot equipment you need, and the classes are great! By far the best gym around!!! Five stars!

The least intimidating gym I've been to, and, for me, that's the best compliment I can give to any gym. The employees, like the members, come in all shapes and sizes. If you want to grunt and groan with the power lifters, you can do that. If you want a lighter workout, you can do that. If you want cardio/yoga/spinning/golf/basketball etc., you can do that. And on top of all that, there's a child care center. It's simply the best I've been to.

I have been a member now for 4 years. I take care of 3 handicap women and they all belong as well. The staff is so nice to them and so are the members. they just make them feel so comfortable being there and doing their best. The club have so many things to choose from, no matter your fitness level. There is something for everyone. They even have preteen programs to implement programs to show the importance of fitness at a young age. I love it here and think the people are great. sometimes its just the battle to get to the club but once your there, your so glad you made it. also, the out door pool is awsome!!!
