Our guests enjoyed our August wedding at the HFE. We had many out of town guests, so the venue was perfect. We were married on the terrace, the grounds are breathtaking with lots of photo opportunites both indoor and out. The event was flawless. I literally just dumped my stuff at the door on the wedding day and they set everything up and coordinated with all the vendors. The food was wonderful. All of our guests had a great time.

Food is excellent and the grounds are beautiful, especially for outdoor wedding photographs. It has been a few years since we were married and had our reception there, but we still have friends who rave about what a great location it was for our wedding.

Both my wedding and baby showers were held here and they were nothing short of spectacular! The food, staff, and atmosphere is something that I will always remember. Thank you!

Hands down an ideal, romantic, secluded, affordable and comfortable location...Our wedding was absolutely perfect! The venue is a great location for holding the ceremony and reception all in one place. The FOOD!! was excellent, we have recieved numerous compliments from the guests that it was one of the best meals they ever had, especially at a wedding. Service was impeccable and the best part of the night was dancing out on the terrace under the stars. The grounds are also so picturesqe, we were nearly late for dinner as we got carried away with our photographer and have plenty of photo memories! Truly all encompasing place for our memorable event, the guests are still raving about the great time a year later!

We put on a wedding at Henry Ford Estate. The setting is beautiful, and we expected excellence. The service provided to us exceeded what we would have hoped for. We also felt that the cost was reasonable.

The best way to describe it is this: Of our 138 guests, so many of them spoke to it being the most beautiful wedding at which they had ever been guests. That says it all. It finds that perfect balance at so many levels, such as: Sophisticated elegance with no pompous stuffiness; Isolated and secluded yet central and so easy to get to; High level nearly-old-world money quality, with a homeyness that cannot be matched locally; Simply amazing location for the day of your life! Talk to Trisha and EVERYTHING will be taken care of! This is one Ford you can have in any color you want, not just black ! : )~ One minor thing, if you're an MSU grad, understand, you'll be writing a check to THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN, as the home and grounds were donated by Clara to the University. GO BLUE!

Our son's wedding reception was held at HFE...he and his wife wanted something unusual and special..we all fell in love with the place. Staff was excellent to work with, food was excellent...it was the best wedding I've ever been to! VERY memorable.

The Henry Ford Estate is an amazing place for a wedding reception. That is where my reception was, and they made sure every detail was taken care and helped make it an amazing evening.
