It has been my dream, after many years as Signature Chef for Mac & Ray's Marina, and the Signature chef that opened Detroit landmarks such as Van Dyke Place and the Whitney Restaurant, to be able to recreate a gourmet dining experience that fits with today's busy lifestyles. The way I see it, you should be able to enjoy the taste of gourmet - at your convenience, not just on special occasions when time permits. J.Baldwin's Restaurant and To-Go is the result of that dream.

J. Baldwin's has exceptional service and outstanding food! They cater to all ages, and they want to make sure you have a great experience. My husband and I just can say enough. We are so happy that there is somewhere on the east side that has this caliber of cuisine and atmosphere. It's hard to come by.

Baldwin's is a great place to go not far from home - but think you're away on vacation. Great food - staff is very friendly and owners really care. My husband and I love going there!

J. Baldwin's is our favorite place to eat. Their fish is always fresh and delicious. I had the 8 oz. black and blue filet tonight and it was incredible. The pizza is definitely worth the trip!!
