I went to the Bridal Couture in Birmingham ..Before I showed any interest, they were a little stuffy. As soon as I showed I was serious, the were EXTREMLY helpful. Once I put the deposit down for my dress they were catering when it came to the bridesmaids...

The worst decision I made for my wedding was buying my dress from Julies! They were horrible! From the moment I put money down on the dress things started to go down the tubes, they went as far as harassing me months after I brought the dress home! They decided I pay them enough money and tried to get more out of me after the dress was paid in full and I'd brought it home! The worst part was when I discovered the extra charge on my credit card, they ran a transaction on my card several days after the final payment was made and thought I wouldn't notice. Dealing with a credit dispute is so much fun in the midst of wedding plans. Save yourself the headache and GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! I saw an awful review online before I went in there and decided to ignore it, in case you're feeling the same way, check them out on the Better Business Bureau website; they've had more than a couple of complaints!

This salon is under new ownership and is making great changes! They have a huge selection that's becoming much more fashion forward than most local salons and their service is fabulous! I highly recommend Bridal Couture of Birmingham, formerly Julie's Bridal!

They are so helpful and detail oriented. I have had many experiences with them from bridesmaids dresses to my own wedding gown and they have always been wonderful! It puts your mind at ease to know you are in such good hands for such an important part of your day - your dress!
