Just Baked is a cupcake shop and bakery located just outside of Detroit in Livonia, Michigan. We offer over 25 different flavors of gourmet, "jumbo" cupcakes including: rocky road, s'mores, and white chocolate raspberry. In addition, we also offer several traditional, buttercream "mini" cupcakes. All of our cupcakes are made fresh daily using the best ingredients. Additionally, we offer homemade brownies, cookies, scones, munchie mix, granola, and more, as well as decorated layer cakes. Our cupcakes, as well as our other items, are perfect for any occasion, including: baby & bridal showers, weddings, corporate events, birthday and graduation parties.

They have indiv cupcakes for sale like Sanders Bumpy Cake, Oreo, S'mores, Pineapple Upside Down, etc. etc. They also sell Ray's Ice Cream. The shop is cute, the plates are eclectic...it feels like NYC! They've only been open since about Jan '09 and they are opening one already @ Twelve Oaks Mall! They are doing really well, esp in this economy!

I visited this bakery for the first time last winter. Though it looked to be "nothing special" on the inside (no frills at all), it had come highly recommended to me by a friend. I bought a sampling of six different cupcakes and took them home to my family. After dinner we cut them up and did a taste test, sampling each flavor. They were all extremely good, remarkably fresh, and so much better than what one might expect. I don't know what they're doing in that kitchen, but somebody has devised several spectacular recipes.

I have tried many of their cupcakes and the are all fantastic. I also had a special request for a hamburger cake and it was unbelievable. Looked great and tasted great too!!!

They make the yummiest cupcakes. Make sure and order the Bumpy Cupcake. A much more luxurious rendition of the Hostess Cupcake. They're lick your fingers good.
