Jim and Sandra Nahra started preparing banquets for you on St. Patrick's Day - March 17, 1976, and after 18 years, their son Bobby Nahra took over the business and the kitchen.
Bobby is now the Owner of Lakeland Banquet & Event Centre and Executive Chef and has Jim and Sandra assisting him often while he continues to make them proud of him and his fine accomplishments. And, of course, Bobby has his lovely wife and two adorable daughters to inspire and motivate him in his preparation of fine foods and excellent service for you.

I was at the new Lakeland just after the Nahras first took over. The food back then was just average banquet food. I recently attended a wedding a few months ago and what a diffenece...the food is now oustanding and 2nd to none. What ever the changes were, good job.
We just had our Wedding at Lakeland last Saturday, It was every thing we wanted and then some, The presentaion of the food was no different then a Hollywood event. It tasted as good as it looked, The staff was so proffesional and on top of every thing. Chef Keith you really came through for Lisa and I and I thank You.

Lakeland has catered many Events for my Husband and I over the years and we have been so pleased with the food the staff that we would never think of going any where else.
The Raw Talent in Lakeland can't be touched Chef Keith and Chef Paul are an outstanding team that gel so well together they get it done and ever so taste fully. You can't ask for better people to take care of your function they have an eye for detail like know other, At Lakeland you will walk away excited to plan another Event.
