Completely unprofessional. After speaking with them several times over email and reiterating the wedding date each time, we scheduled a walk through. We drove an hour to get there, only to wait half an hour for our sales person, who then told us the wedding date we had chosen was already booked but they'd be happy to schedule us for a different date. This is extremely unprofessional as they never once mentioned the date was booked in the communications prior to us driving there. All they care about is selling space, and not what the bride really wants. Brides: beware!
We have been married 3 1/2 months and STILL get compliments for how beautiful our wedding was. The sales staff at Laurel Manor did a lot to help us plan and make our day perfect. Everything was perfect, from the service, to the food to the decor/set up etc.
The room we had our reception in at Laurel Manor was beautifully decorated. The staff their was very professional and was able to accommodate all our requests without breaking the bank!
I had the most amazing experience with the sales staff, always helpful & gave me tons of ideas for my wedding. Great atmoshpere & the place is beautiful with the tall chandeliers!

ALWAYS a great event and wonderful meal... we had our wedding there and have attended many New Years parties and community events through the years... we've always been impressed and it's always unique. One year we "cheated" and went to another party for New Years... never again! Their staff is wonderful to work with and I've recommended them with confidence to many corporate clients as well as friends and family. Many years of hard work... job well done!
Being a wedding Decorator, I have had the pleasure of working at this venue. It is breathtaking even before we add any decor. The staff is always warm and helpful and will go out of their way to assure the wedding celebration will be perfect. It is always a honor to decorate such a lovely venue and when I stay for the event, the food is AWESOME!! The perfect venue if you want your event to be unforgettable
The sales staff is what made my decision for me. Who needs a wedding planner when you have a team of sales consultants that are as through as the ones at Laurel Manor. They helped me with any and every question and detail down to taking care of how I wanted my napkins folded. The straight forward pricing and one stop shopping can't be beat. Oh wait yes it can..... the food is to die for. My guest are still talking about how good the food was and my wedding was 6 months ago! If you truely want to be treated like a queen then this is the place to hold your wedding!!
I had my wedding at Laural Manor and it was beautiful and flawless. The Staircase is ideal for pictures and the staff was the most professional in the metro Detroit area.
