This gym is totally state of the art. You have so many different machines to work on and learn on. It's fun coming there and working out, gets your day going on the right foot. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to tone your body up. Good job Ken keep up the great work, and by the way congratulations on your recent win in body building.

I love the gym. I've been working out at this gym with a personal trainer since it opened. Ken Jackson has put his heart and soul into this gym and it shows, he should be very proud. I wish him continued success!

They have the newest equipment - you never have to wait for anything, its super clean and the aerobics program is really spectacular!

I love going to Level Health and Fitness. The gym's environment is welcoming, their classes are challenging, and I have all of the equipment I want to get a good workout.

The modern decor of the gym makes it enjoyable to spend my time there. The trainers and classes are wonderful. The child care is always clean and is staffed with competent and caring staff.

Ive been in nearly every gym in the Macomb area at some point or another, I've been Bodybuilding for about 16 years, and this gym has everything you need to get it done. They have enough free-weights to train heavy. They have enough variety and space to free-lance. And the hours are very good and the music is non-stop fast paced. Its the best gym I've ever been to and I'm very proud to call it my new home gym for the '07 and '08 season. Its hard core with all the amenities of an upstanding club.
