Our talented estheticians, manicurists, pedicurists, massage therapists are here to ensure that you always have a positive experience. We are a place you'll want to experience again and again. Our pedicure lounge area is a great place for you to relax and listen to ambient music while you enjoy a beverage, including complimentary wine while lounging on our 'Mink Pedicure Divan' with massage and heat for your lounging comfort.

Your health, safety and beauty are our main concern:
• We use cleaned implements (cuticle nippers, files and buffers) for our manicure and pedicure services, whether natural or enhanced nail services.
• We don't use any piped or whirlpool foot spas. They encourage development of harmful bacteria.
WE WANT YOU TO KNOW:
• This is your time to relax and escape. Please turn off your cell phone or pager.
• During your service, if you would like to chat, we will chat. We want you to feel comfortable so, IF YOU PREFER SILENCE DURING YOUR SESSION - TELL US!
• We strive to provide you with the best possible spa experience, therefore please let us know the day of your purchase or service if you have a compliment, concern or complaint.
• Services are non-refundable. All product sales are final.
• Appointments begin promptly. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other spa guests fairly.
• To reserve an appointment, a credit card is required to purchase your service(s). They are charged the same day.
• All spa services and product purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable with no exceptions.
* Special website, internet, email offers and special parties are not valid for Gift Certificates or Spa/Salon Wish, Way Spa or SpaFinder redemption.
• SpaFinder gift certificates can not be used for purchases on-line.
• All services and packages must be PREPAID and are VALID for ONE YEAR from purchase date.
• You must print and retain your receipt, online gift certificate or paper gift certificate for your own records.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen or expired certificates, cards and/or coupons.
• Special email offers are transferable, share it with your friends.
• We accept Spa/Salon Wish, SpaFinder, Way Spa, Manipedime certificates.
• Spa/Salon Wish, SpaFinder, Way Spa, Joy of Spa, and Manipedime certificates will be verified when reserving your spa appointment via phone. Please have your certificate/card number ready when speaking with customer service representative. Once the certificate is validated it can not be used by a different spa provider.
• We are not responsible for denied SpaFinder, Spa/Salon Wish, Way Spa, Joy of Spa and Manipedime certificates.
• Spa package services can not be separated and/or used on separate days.*
• Purchased spa packages can not be used by separate individuals.
• Gift certificates are not valid with any other offers, coupons and/or specials.
• We require 72 hours notice if you are to cancel. Same day or next day appointments do not qualify for rescheduling priveleges.
• 'No show' appointments will result in loss of service rescheduling privileges and the full charge for the appointment whether on gift certificate or if additional charges on credit card used will show.

The Spa itself has a home atmosphere and Levonne and Elaine remind me of family and treat you as such....Levonne and Elaine are sooo nice and really want the best for their clients. They are ladies that will go out of their way to make someone feel comfortable and valued as a customer and friend. They really want spa services to be affordable and enjoyable. But above all they really show they care and want the best for you!!!!! You feel totally safe there and of course are treated great and given the time!!! Everyone should love this place.....I kind of dont want to share with my family because I can keep it all to myself....but then again I cant help not sharing because it is that good!!!!!

After reading so many positive reviews. I purchased two Pamper Me Spa Packages that were to include: Relaxation Massage (30 min), Paraffin Hand Treatment, Lavender Back Scrub, Facial w/ Arm and Hand Exfoliation Treatment, expert Eye Brow Arch; Includes light spa lunch and beverage service.
By far, one of the worst spa experiences I have ever had. Upon arrival we were asked to fill out paperwork and then upon review were asked if we recalled what was in the package. We mentioned the massage, eye brow arch, arm & hand scrub, and my friend mentioned the hand paraffin, and was promptly told "NO". We were told for an extra $35 we could upgrade our scrub to a full body scrub. Funny, when we returned home and checked the website we see that is what the website said it included, and also that the back scrub was included so essentially we paid an extra $35 to have our legs scrubbed too; our fault I supposed for not having the print out with us of what it included. The first awkwardness was we were not advised at time of booking that one of the massage therapists was male, something any other place I've ever been to makes sure you are comfortable with before booking the appointment. The scrub portion was fine; the 'relaxation massage' was much less than relaxing nor close to a massage. My body was 'stretched' in ways I didn't know it could stretch and I & my friend were sore for days afterwards; plus there were two therapists working on you who talked the entire time to each other about their life, etc.. Before the facial, my skin was clear, I've worked hard to get it there for over 6 months; after my facial, nearly a week later my face looks terrible and although my friend had some severe acne, hers is now 10x worse as well. I've had many facials in the past, and have never experienced such a bad result. We definately didn't feel pampered; the light lunch that was supposed to be included was not; we were handed our beverages when she was getting her massage and when I was getting my facial, not exactly an ideal time to drink it. I don't understand how this was rated a top rated Michigan spa or one of Detroit's best thru Channel 4. Extremely disappointed.

My husband bought me a spa package from LeVonne's last October and after all this time I finally picked up the phone and made the appointment. This was my first ever spa experiance. It was AMAZING! I love that I was the only client booked and was not interupted by anyone since they don't allow walk in's. Elaine and LeVonne herself worked with me ( I was so shocked to see the owners actually being the one's servicing their clients....it really showed how much they love what they do), they were both fun and friendly. I started with a full body scrub which felt great, then was escorted to a beautiful shower room with the water already running at the perfect temperture. Then I got my first massage with an intro to stone therapy...too good for words! I was escorted to lunch at that time, a delicous chicken salad paired with juices and wine. I laid on the most comfortable bed I've ever been on to indulge in a facial, eyebrow arch, and pedicure. My 3.5 hour experiance ended with a beautiful manicure and I was sent on my way feeling like a whole new woman! Thanks LeVonne!!

What an outstanding experience! The warm hospitality that was given by the ladies was refreshing. I had a facial that made me look fabulous, a silky pedicure and a massage that was more than I had anticipated. Soooo glad I chose this spa. I plan on making a standing appt. Job Well Done Ladies!!

I am a very busy person, who isn't these days, but when my dear daughter who is only 16 purchased a gift cert for mothers day for me from LeVonne's, I thought I'll never have time to use it!!! After my daughter kept asking when I was going & a very sore neck & back from stress I thought I would go!! OMG!!! I am so glad I did, last night was the first night I've slept in ages & was a bit sore from the massage but wouldn't change a thing about my vist!! In fact I am scheduled again in a month & am going to get my oldest daughter a gift certificate for her birthday, so she can be spoiled!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD GO & GET SPOILED BY LEVONNE'S!!

I must admit I was impressed, as I am in the construction business and do not like to be catered to. One trip there changed all of that, from the massage to the manicure. Besides, she's the only woman my wife actually likes(not to mention she's hot!) - Thank you Le'Vonne - see you soon!

LeVonne de Spa provided the most relaxing and best customer service I had ever experienced at any other spa. They were attentive and accomodating to my needs. The atmoshephere was cozy and seclusive. Service providers took their time with me and were flexible with appointments. I was so pleased that I took my mom and sister for spa treatments.
