Very friendly! The limo driver seemed just as happy as my husband and I were on our wedding day! He was always smiling...even when I told him the wrong directions! It really was that extra piece that helped to make the day so much fun.

WOW. I'm surprised by all the negative comments. We had the new Range Rover limo and had a great experience. Our driver, Rick was awesome. We have nothing but good memories about our limo!

By far the best Limo service around!! Their staff and Limos are top notch and very professional. I checked out the other Limo services around and they do not even compare in both quality of vehicles and customer service. Amazing! That is all I have to say!!!

Just wanted say that this company has it together. The most professional and well run limos and staff I have ever experienced. From start to finish I felt like everyone involved in the process was great. This is just one of those companies you appreciate before, during, and after the night is complete.

Went to the Tigers game in their Chrysler 300 limo. We had a great time. The driver was very friendly as well as helpful.

When I first used luxury limousine I was amazed at their awesome selection of limousines. Their customer service was exceptional. They will definately be the limo company I use all the time!

They have a great selection but horrible customer service. I had booked my limo over a year in advance and on my wedding day they called to say that it was having problems and that i couldn't have it. I had to fight with them to get a partial refund since the limo i booked was the most expensive one they had. Beware
