Great staff who believes in making the experience positive for their patients/clients. They are always willing to take the necessary time to work with a pet that needs a little TLC when it comes to getting over their fears and truly understand animal behavior. They have high standards that show in their business! We have used MVH for almost 8 yrs and we live about an hour away from the clinic. Dr. Smith is awesome!! :)

They are compassionate, flexible, and they take the time to get to know every animal and their owner. In addition, they make you a part of the "treatment planning" and treat the pets like they are their own.

All the veterinarians have good "bed-side manners" and take a conservative approach to treating animals - in other words they are not out to perform the most expensive procedures unless really necessary. Office staff and technicians are always friendly and call back in a reasonable amount of time.

Maple Vets has been my vet for the last 25 years or so. They have taken the best care of all my animals with as much compassion as I have ever seen. They go over and above the care that is needed to keep animals healthy.

Over the past 10 years I have taken my yorkies to each of the Dr.'s at Maple Veterinary and have had wonderful care for my dogs. I have a better relationship with them than I do with my own health care professionals!
