Both my daughter and daughter-in-law were very happy with the choices and service.

I had four months before my wedding and they had a dress in store within 2 weeks of ordering. Alterations are fincluded and they are so amazingly pleasant to work with. I felt like part of the family every time I was there.

Awful service. My sister flew in from out of town for her appointment and they did not have her on the calendar. They told her she made the mistake and refused to help her. Needless to say, she did not use them for her wedding dress.

I would never go to Maria's Bridal again. It took them 14 month to get my gown in. My friends gown was delivered two days before her wedding with beading hanging off it, with dirt spots on it and the hem not correctly finished. The service is Terrible!!!

I had such a great experience getting my dress from Marias...the staff was wonderful and gave me a good deal and I liked that the alterations were free and they really took care of you. I have been involved in many weddings with people and it seems like every time I help out with the dress process with others, I am glad that I got my dress at Marias.

I had a great experience at Maria's. I got married five years ago, so I'm not sure if the store has gone downhill since then based on some of the other comments. Based on my visits, I would certainly recommend this shop. They had the best price for the dress I wanted, alterations were free, and they even dealt well with my niece and nephew bringing in their coloring books while we shopped for bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. My mom got a beautiful and unique dress here as well. Everything was on time and fit wonderfully.

The best selection and service! Even if you see a dress at another shop- order it from Maria's-- they really take care of you and your wedding party! Got my dress from Maria's, so did my sister and my two best friends. Could not have been a better experience!

Staff - not accomodating
Managment - unkind and not caring
Price - much cheaper to go online and order a dress

After my five years retail management, most of them at the Somerset Collection, I would like to agree that I know customer service. I am very independent, and didn't expect a hand-holding type appointment with Maria's, but I expected SOME service. I scheduled my appointment and had to wait outside the store for over 10 minutes as the salesgirl walked in late and rudely huffed it would be another couple of minutes. After she finally opened the doors, she rudely asked why I was there. I would had expected her to assume I am the 10am appointment she was late for... apparently they aren't very quick there though. As I explained what I was looking for, she continued to interrupt me correcting my terms and was quick to ignore me after I explained I was looking to stay under $1200 if possible. She opened a door to an over packed warm room of bridal gowns and she never talked to me or the 2 bridesmaids for the entire visit. I was quickly annoyed with her poor service and we decided to only get ideas for the bridesmaids. All three of us had large handfuls of dresses and no one assisted. We helped ourselves to the fitting rooms when my bridesmaids tried on over 20 dresses with no assistance what so ever. Forty-five minutes later when the last bridesmaid was out the door, the saleslady stopped her conversation at the register and said goodbye. A month later, my friend's sister called crying when Marias ordered the wrong $4000 dress with the wedding only a month away. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They are a joke and the poorest service I encountered after visiting 10 other boutiques.

AWFUL! HORRIBLE! It would not be worth the gas money to check this place out. Even if you lived down the street. This shop is supposed to cater to the happiest day in womens life, and a trip to the dentist to get a root canal will leave feeling more fulfilled. There is no customer service, and not an ounce of remorse for the multiple mistakes they make. It is obvious that the positive comments that were posted were only made by employees or friends of owners/employees, since those might be the only people that could hold any regard for this terrible establishment. Go anywhere else!

They were absolutely***** HORRIBLE*****. They have no customer service what so ever. You would have to beg for help for anyone to assist you. I had to call so many times for a certain dress because they were never on top of anything and the customer would have to do all the work. They tried to rip me off a $800.00 dress for $3600................not only that they're alternations were horrible. I URGE ALL BRIDES TO STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. After 6 months of dealing with them I have learned that they are extrememly money hungry. I seriously do not want any bride to go through what I went through even worst 6 weeks before my wedding I had to order another dress from another store and pay a 500 dollar rush fee because MARIA'S BRIDAL are very very unorganized. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Our experience at Maria's was not very uplifting. Though there were several women working there at the time, not one went out of her way to help. We were pretty much on our own, whether looking for a bridal gown, bridesmaids dresses or mother of the bride dress. Finally, someone took the time to assist in trying on some dresses. We walked out empty-handed and got fantastic help and service elsewhere. The very tepid reception at Maria's is very disheartening and a turn-off. One gets the feeling of being bothersome and not worth the time of day.

Brides Beware! Maria's Bridal does not welcome the opportunity to assist in finding the perfect dress. If they did, we wouldn't have left the store in tears after spending $3500 for a couture gown; $235 each for 5 bridesmaid dresses; and $300 for a mother of the groom gown. There is no customer service. Maria's goal was to make my daughter's selection memorable, they did come through. She still has nightmares about the poor service, the sloppy alterations and the lack of grace of the staff! It's a Nightmare on University Drive!
