When my son's instrument was broke, they picked it up from the school, took it back to their shop, and then dropped it back at the school, all in the same day. They are truly awesome when it comes to customer service!

The day we got my sons instrument at his school, they were out of the book he needed for his instrument. They said they would drop it off at the school in a day or two. Not true - they delivered it to my home that night! Where can you ever find service like that!

We were told about McCourt's by my mother-in-law, Rose, who had just done some 'world' traveling with the McCourt's MOM! We haven't shopped another musical instrument store since!! I take our four home-schooled boys to the BEAUTIFUL Berkley store. They are happy to answer our million questions and of course here us try out any new instruments on display. Between trumpet, clarinet, guitar, bells, keyboard, and percussion, McCourt's has got this family covered. Thanks for your great service and your commitment to bringing up a new generation of real musicians.

They have wonderful musical instruments, staff, and teachers. For a long time McCourt's was like my second home. I had lessons there once a week as well as my brother. We purchased a violin there a few years ago and I couldn't be happier with it. McCourt's music is an amazing store, I would like to thank them for helping out my family, and the local schools.

The attitude at McCourt's Music is "We can make that happen!" The staff and especially Dan McCourt himself are always positive, helpful and supportive of our needs at Waterford Mott HS and all the schools in Waterford. Thanks for all you do Dan and everyone at both stores!

Not only can you buy or rent an instrument, you can learn to play it there too! The teachers are the greatest!!!

When my granddaughter decided to play an instrument in 5th grade. We went to McCourt's and they were very helpful and took the time to go over the instrument and what needs to be done for and with it. They were just as courteous when she decided to quit music after the first semester. We returned the instrument and dissolved the contract.

McCourt's Music is where I purchased my son's flute and where he took private lessons. Everyone has been supportive and very helpful. After forty plus years, I'm considering taking my first music lessons there too.
