Where else are you greeted by name when you walk in the door? My Craft Room has the absolute best customer rewards program I have seen in quite awhile. (You can ask them for the details.) They are without question the best craft store for us rubber stampers on the East side, and post monthly coupons in their online newsletter. Not only that, but they also have special ADDITIONAL sales that come up often. How would you like to get 25% off EVEYRTHING you purchased during a two-day period? Or 40% off an item of your choice? Their promotions are fantastic. They cater to the jewelry-maker (beads) and textile artists (knit/crochet) as well. They are open on Sundays, too! They are the only local retailer of Thomas Kinkade rubber stamps, and have a good selection of more "sophisticated" stamps (I don't do "cute.") Though I live a fair distance from the store, I make time for at least a monthly visit. Great class offerings, too!

Geralyn is the best knitting teacher. She is very friendly, kind and patient. She will give you the confidence and knowledge to tackle those more challenging projects.

The owner and employees are very helpful and friendly. The classes offered are for all levels of expertise. The store has knitting, cardmaking, scrapbooking, and beading supplies. I knit, card, and scrapbook. It is so convenient to shop one store for all my craftig needs. With the recent economy, the owner recently offered free classes to those who lost their jobs. I would like to see her get some recognition for this gesture and the fact that you always feel welcome when you enter the store.

Huge variety of things to buy for scrapbooks, card making, jewelry, knitting and very knowledgeable owner and workers. Very friendly atmosphere and those who go there feel it is their home away from home. Great ideas for making new things.

A very customer friendly store. The staff is always helpful and well informed on products both old and new. They keep updated on new and different items.

The friendliest owner and staff hands down! Great classes, outstanding instructors, and a great selection of yarn. Plus, they are always adding new suppliers and items. If they don't have it, they will try to get it for you. The best loyalty program around and of course, coupons! If you haven't been to this shop because it isn't strictly a yarn shop, you are definitely missing a true gem. Who knows, with all that they have besides yarn, you may get hooked on another craft as well.
