Laura joined 4-H in 1986 and trained her first dog in

I have taken my old english sheepdog Bailey to Laura's obdience class and dog park, she is a wonderful instructor and person. She is very knowledgable and her classes are very positive.
We learned alot and enjoyed her sessions. She comes highly recommended, I would encourage anyone with a new puppy or dog with behavioral problems to seek her help and instruction. Thank you Laura, Bailey and I appreciate you and your help. Sarah Stoner

Laura from Positive Ways Dog Training was so very helpful with my rescue dog who was afraid of everything, she also had what I found out from Laura was called submissive unination and that problem has resolved after going to Positive Ways training classes. In the beginning Lucy Lu (my dog) was even frightened of the clicker noise, so Laura recommended using a soflt click noise from an inkpen to help her get used to the noise. She spent extra time with us to help her adjust and not be afraid of other dogs and people. My dog Lucy Lu was able to learn all the basic commands and espicially to come when called. I highly recommend the Positive Ways Dog Training classes for anyone, espicially if you have a fearful dog, Laura will give you all the information and extra time to help you help your dog be relaxed and a happy go lucky pet.

Laura was the best. Sarah and I had so much fun, learned so much and were able to compete in a very short time in Rally Obedience and win ribbons. Sarah loved coming to class, everything was so positive and rewarding. I am still using some of Laura's tips with my new dog. Thanks Laura - you are one of the nicest and most competent trainers I have ever worked with!

Laura is a great teacher and very patient. I am a dog trainer myself and refer students to her because I feel confident in her beliefs about training and the results I have seen with my own dogs.

I walked in Positive Way dog training with a Lab that did not
listen and finished with one that did. All with positive
enforcement.
