The23 mile rd store in New Baltimore took care of me with the most up courtesy. I'm the father of the bride .After I was fitted and leaving there was a boy around seven years old and he was treated the same manner as i was . This tells me they treat everyone the same. Will not go anywhere else but there.
The President Tuxedo store on 23 mile road in New Baltimore is a great store. The owners are very cordial and knowledgable with all the new styles. They treat you with respect and the tuxedos are always in great condition and always fit very well. I surely reccommend this store for any occasion.

Nice selection, Clean Store, Nice people, And they have a number of locations to service you. The service center is in michigan and they up it all together and ship it out to a location near you. Keep up the good work.
Nice work,frendly,Helpfull ,Clean store but they dont look out for you as for whats best for you when it comes to picking up your tuxedos. The lake side store and the macomb stores dont tell you that you have a store in your area. Thay make you drive and fight trafic when you have a store buy your house. We had not been informed that we had a store buy us untill it was time to return it and then they let us know that we had one buy us. This is not the way to run a top notch business. Dont make people use up time and the cost of gas and make them drive to a mall store when they have one in the area that they live in. Give us the curticy of asking us whats best for us.
The service at the president tuxedo on 23 mile rd was excellent. I was very impressed with the color selections that are available for the vests. The staff members at this store are very personable and went the extra mile to make our special day memorable!! Keep up the good work!
I originally went to the Lakeside mall location, and was not satisfied with the selection. Upon returning home, I learned that there is a President Tuxedo right in New Baltimore, which is real close to my home in Chesterfield. And I don't have to fight traffic on Hall Rd. or go into the mall either. Why didn't Lakeside tell me about this store? I went into the New Baltimore location, and the selections was amazing!! Lots of things to try on, and excellent, friendly service. These people obviously work hard to satisfy their customers. I was treated like family. Five stars in my book for sure!

Excellent service, selection and price. They have stores in michigan and ohio and also still do all the work right here in michigan. They dont ship down to mexico where the labor cost is $2.50 a day and ship it back like the rest do.. They spend the money where they make it. The plant is local and If you need some thing fast they can do it fast. Keep up the good work president tuxedo and thank you for keeping jobs in hear in michigan. We just need the rest of the michigan consumers to support michigan comp and stop supporting the mexican economy and support US in the USA.
Great selection, pleasant service, and affordability! My husband needed a one-size larger jacket and they got one without any issues. The quality of the tuxedos were fabulous and the groomsmen (of all sizes) looked impeccable!
We have been to the chesterfield store for other wedding and every time we walk in they are so nice and informed and helpful that we pass the word about them. They take time with you and dont puch you out the door. Good Job keep it up.
I went to the shop on 23 Mile Rd with my Dad to get a tux for a family wedding in Scotland, Dorrie was amazing the way she made us feel welcome and very much at ease. Very knowledgeable of the different styles and what would be best for my dad. And the price was great !!!
We have used President Tuxedo several times in the past and they have always been great and thought they could not do betteer. But i am telling you that with out a doubt the best is the store on 23 mile road . That store is run buy a family and you can tell they care. They are worth the drive i will only go to them from here on. They truly care and you will see that when you walk in.
