Had the worst pedi ever here, complained and nothing was said or done. Not so much as a sincere apology. Terrible! My polish was slapped on quickly at the end of my pedicure and I ended up with bubbles even though I went in with nails already in great shape, no ridges. Also had total rough heels and just bad feet, definitely not what you should have after a spa pedicure that runs $65 regularly. Went out of town the next day and watched it chip away after one day. Terrible customer service, I will never ever go back.

Shame because they have a really GREAT massage therapist. Sweet girl, magic hands and oils. I hope she finds a better class of people to work for! I have to thank her for one of the best massages ever but my anger and disgust is such at her employers I won't be giving her the deserved business.

Pure NV's friendly owner and stafff make this a wonderful place. I always feel relaxed and comfortable when I am at the salon.... and... I walk out of there feeling beautiful!

I have been going there off and on for years. I know the owners who are professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The staff are all great as well.

I switched to Pure NV on the recommendation of my sister, I am so happy that I did. I had been going to the same stylist for about 5 years and was ready for a change....I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Professional, up to date stylists, comfortable atmosphere, best products around. I have never liked my hair like I like it now!!
