RED HAT Micro-Winery began as a dream to share the special experience of visiting a small family winery with Metro Detroit. Designed to showcase not only winemaking and the wine, but the passion and the pride that come from winemakers doing what they love and doing it well. Also special is the ambiance of each family winery, like visiting a friend's home, each is different and reflects the unique personality of its owners.

Great wine and a staff that made you feel like they were serving you wine in their kitchen out of their own private collection. Also paired the wine with a selection of cheeses to bring out the full bouquet.
