I've been to pretty much every place in the running - and what sets Seva apart is pretty much everything except the food. Unlike other options, the wait is always less than 10 minutes. (Often I'm seated instantly) the prices are great for the amount of food you get. (Other similarly priced places give you half the portion size!) Also, the wait staff has always been extremely pleasant. Don't get me wrong - the food is great too!

Seva has so many delicious vegetarian dishes that even a meat-eater would love. Just recently I had the portabello burger (with smoked mozz, grilled red onion, and pesto... yum!) and the TLT (Tempeh, Lettuce, and Tomato... cheddar cheese with the best guacomole I've ever had... all wrapped up in a wheat tortilla... yum yum!!). Their margarhitas are oh so good too. Very fresh and yummy!
