What a wonderful place! The owners stock the most amazing yarns and patterns. Plus, their classes are just what you need--from novice to advanced level. Skeins on Main also does numerous things to connect with and give back to the community. Thanks for all you do!

This is friendliest knitting store ever with the best selection. I have been to yarn stores all over the country and am proud to call Skeins on Main my "knitting home." The instructors are incredible and the selection if fantastic.

This is Rochester's best! Their hours meet everyone's needs, their staff is always friendly and helpful, their stock and store is awesome! I have been knitting here for five years because they offer the best selection of classes taught by the best, most accomplished knitters around! Stop in for a visit--you won't be disappointed!

This store is amazing! It is so pretty and has so many selections of yarn to choose from! There are also so many classes and workshops to take. I love coming here to knit and hangout!

The staff here is really helpful and friendly (a few have even authored knitting books). There are a ton of accessories and lots of yarn, much of it unique. And a lot is under $7 a skein! The store is beautiful and provides a very relaxed and comfortable environment to spend the afternoon knitting. And there is a huge parking lot off the rear entrance.

One of the largest stores (2500 sq feet) with the most extensive hours (they are open 7 days a week and offer classes every day, too.
The yarn selections are overwhelming and they have dozens of sample garments to touch and feel.
Service is exemplary and the shop is gorgeous, organized and clean.
