Slowburn Catering was at the Backstreet CruiZers car show and had the BEST pulled pork sandwiches and the staff willing added their homemade cole slaw to my sandwich. This was the absolute best southern style pulled pork sandwich I have ever had!
Slowburn Catering has THE BEST pulled pork & ribs in Michigan! The cook even took the time to come over and answer some questions I had about the cooker and his food! His workers were the friendliest and most efficient at the festival. Am contacting them to do a end of summer party for my friends!
