We've got a great staff of hard working individuals at Slows Bar BQ that really want you to have the best experience possible. It is pretty incredible to witness the volume of meals that our cooks turn out, day after day in such a small kitchen.We've got a new dessert menu rolling out, little by little. Check out the Cobbler and the brand new Chuck Norris (it'll kick you in the face). You're gonna love it.

Ok, listen. Not sure how famous "crap" daves won, but heres my take on Slow's. Went their first time in May. I have since completed the menu, every item. After my first trip I was there 4 times that week. If all the west side suburbanites weren't so scared to go down there it would have won this vote, HANDS DOWN!!!!
