The food is not bad, but each of the two times I have been there it is the WORST service I have ever recieved.

your pulled pork is good. the cornbread is like cardboard. the service is terrible. Been there 4 times I want to like it but can't get past the service. so why go there when Dave's is better and there service is always great AND THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR A ICE TEA REFILL!

I love this place- Great food, friendly service, nice atmosphere, fair prices.
I go on Sundays before a Tigers game (near the old stadium- then I go to Emos for the shuttle to Comerica). I get there on opening and parking not bad.

try to combo rib platter and you have 5 different sauces to try!

Best around.........tried others.....an amazing place to meet friends. Try the St. Louis Style ribs and the short ribs. Wow. Pulled pork......magnificent! Excellent service and a wide selection of beers.

This place is the best for BBQ in the detroit area, it is worth the ride, worth the wait, and worth the parking challenge . . . go and enjoy . . . you will not be disappointed.

Ate at Slows for the first time Saturday...WOW, the brisket was outstanding all on its own but also great with the apple flavored sauce. Had the mac & cheese and it too was great...I will be back!!!!!
