If you are a serious biker, find a different shop. They do not know how to fit, assemble or maintain higher end bikes. Also, you can find much better prices elsewhere.

I've been to other bike shops and nothing compares to South Lyon Cycle. They helped me find the perfect bike for what i wanted to do. Its the small family business feel, without the high price. Theyre friendly, professional, and helped me customize my bike to make it exactly what i wanted. They installed all of my customizations for free. Everything to screwing on my bell, switching the saddle ,and putting on and teaching me how to use the bike rack on my car. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. You wont find a nicer more helpful group of people.

South Lyon Cycle is everything you'd expect of a small town shop but without high prices! The service is excellent. They've installed 2 bike racks on my car and my sister's car, fixed my bike for free 5 times now and installed a new seat bag and water bottle holder. They sold my sister and me the perfect bike's for our height and activity level and now we ride an average of 8 miles a day. You can't get any better then this place, try them!
