I'm 68 years old and have been doing superslow for two years. I'm 5'4" tall and weight 120 lbs. I'm stronger and have more flexibility and balance than I did 50 years ago at 18 years old. My husbank especially likes to feel the hard muscles on either side of my spine.

I have been going to Super Slow for over a year and it's GREAT!! I have seen more results going to Super Slow then I have with a personal trainer. I definitely recommend this program to everyone

I have been a member of Super Slow Zone for 2 years, it is by far the best workout I have ever tried and have tried a lot. You get one on one attention and encourgment that allows you to work your whole body. I would suggest it for anybody that is serious about getting in shape or something new to stay in shape.

Michelle is professional, results-driven, and motivating. She has a way to push you to do more to get results without being punishing. The facility is clean, and the equipment is well-maintained and ready for your personal workout when you arrive. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Always on time. Flexible hours.

It is the safest, most-effective, most-efficient form of exercise I've learned of. It is appropriate for everyone from athletes to little old ladies with osteoporosis. Instruction is one-on-one. The studio is clean and cool, and the owner works with each client to establish a routine.

I'm still doing it!! That is enough of a testimonial to Michelle and Superslow. I can honestly say "I am 61 and I am STRONG!" And Michelle is a joy to work with.

The SuperSlow Zone is an amazing workout that targets your individual goals and works for all ages. I had great results from the SuperSlow Zone and highly recommmend this novel approach to fitness!

Michelle is the most excellent trainer ever; she provides perfect 1-2-1 instruction; SuperSlow is a super-safe way to work-out and even enjoyable..All it takes is around 20 mins once or twice a week so Super Slow easily fits into a busy schedule..Super Slow is extremely efficient and effective and there is no need to spend hours in a sweaty gym to get the best results ever. Super Slow is excellent for athletes or for people recovering from injuries and everybody in-between. I certainly wouldn't be without Michelle and Super Slow !! I am so very fortunate to have this facility close to where I live in Michigan.

I have been working out at The SSZ in Northville since Michelle opened her facility. The workouts are always great, fast, safe and are totally focused on proper form to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Super Slow brings the best results in only 20 minutes time twice a week. I have been going there since three years and I feel much better and stronger than I did 10 years ago. Also, I used to have back aches frequently, especially when working in my beloved garden - but they stopped completely after I had exercised for only 3 months at Super Slow. My back muscles are now twice as strong as before, and I can work in my garden for hours without experiencing any pain. I can't thank my wonderful trainer Michelle Voineag enough for what she has done for me!
