I love this store. I buy from the store for myself and purchase gifts to ship out of state from therubycloset.com website too. There never is a problem. love the staff, they are really helpful. They really go out of their way to make you happy

I have been shopping here since they opened an love it. The sales staff is really nice an helpful. I read a post that someone said that they are not. That is a lie. They are happy to special order items for me without a hassle. Great prices too. This store really is the best

I happen to be on the east side last week visiting some friends and we went shopping and came into this boutique. I have to say you really need to work on your hospitality! Very rude sales person. I wish I had her name. My friend that brought me there said "you've lost a regular customer" She won't be back either.
