I have known Tracey since the late 90's and she does fantastic work. I leave pleased everytime. She is friendly and professional.She listens to what you want yet advises on what is best for you. She has your best interest at heart! She is a doll.
It is a relaxing environment with a spa like feel. You feel comfortable and are treated discretely. The pain that is associated with waxing is much less and the products she uses aftrwards make the sensitivity issues less bothersome. She talks to you through the entire experience which makes you feel less subconscious. She a great lady.
Tracy makes you feel comfortable. VERY comfortable. And what I was having done was , to me, embarassing. Not only was she very professional, she was very personable and her skill is unbelievable. Her waxing did not hurt, irritate or chafe me . I am a believer. I went to two other people, one before her and one after her. They were okay. She is GREAT!
Kelly is great! It didn't hurt as much as I thought for my first time wax experience. Pricing is reasonable. The room is very private and she always makes you feel comfortable and minimizes any kind of pain. If you keep going back every month you get a discount. Definitely worth going for my first time!

I will now and forever only go to Tracy, The Wax Queen, for all of my waxing needs. I searched on-line for a place to get my eyebrows waxed and saw a ton of great reviews for Tracy. So I went to check it out for myself. Making an appointment was easy; they got me in that day. The location is close to my home and work. Tracy is very professional and has a great personality. You feel like you’ve known her for years! My sister-in-law is an esthetician and I will no longer go to her. Tracy has won my business!! I have never had a bikini wax, but, when I decide to get one, I will be going to her. She does an awesome job on my eyebrows!! Thanks Tracy!!
