Carlson Catering Company

Carlson's has done a couple of events for us and they are always wonderful. Regina was so nice and helpful with my wedding. Everyone really enjoys their food. I would refer them to anyone having a party.

I can't say enough about how fabulous Carrie and Shannon are. The bouquets for my wedding were so beautiful and they were the biggest hit. I felt like a chic trend setter among my friends, everyone was so jealous they didn't have them. I LOVE Emplume!! ~Amanda Bordine
