Motor City CrossFit is incredibly effective in their training. I've seen folks come into Motor City CrossFit with every possible type of limitation, and they have all seen tremendous improvement. Folks have started with almost zero cardiovascular endurance, inflexibility, minimal muscular strength, obesity, limited coordination, limited balance, etc. They have all rapidly gained functionality in the areas of their weaknesses. Men and women who never thought they could learn to do a pullup have rapidly gained that ability, etc.
