I had done yoga once before, when I was younger, and I just wasn't impressed by it. It was boring, and not very challenging or exciting.

I've experienced extremely unhealthy amounts of anxiety this past year, and a friend finally recommended I try yoga, again, however, this time at the Center For Yoga. The first 3 classes are free so you get a chance to see if it's worth your money, and let me tell you after my first class I was permanently hooked.

Center For Yoga made me feel right at home, everyone makes sure you realize that it's the LEAST JUDGEMENTAL place you'll ever walk into. (which cant be said for most gyms) I really feel like nobody cares how flexible or strong I am, I could just be there and do my thing as best I could and feel good about it every time I left. It's clean, and the teachers are so passionate and really want to pass on what they've learned from yoga to their students.

I am a runner, and I love hard workouts that make you sweat. Center For Yoga offers it all... slow flow where you can take it slower and really de-stress while getting a workout in. It's like breathing and stretching and strengthening all your cares away! Or there's the more intense classes where they turn up the heat, like Vinyasa, and you get your butt kicked into shape while still experiencing the benefits of the meditation involved.

I LOVE YOU GUYS!
