This is a very nice gym with a small gym atmosphere. This place is extremely clean, friendly and convenient. I have been going here for over 6 years and they constantly improve and update their facility and equipment. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. People of all ages, shapes and fitness levels would be comfortable working out at this gym. I love it and always leave feeling great!
