Body N Balance is a wonderful fitness studio that offers a variety of classes, such as cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, pilates, and personal training. Also, we are like a family and the members go out every 3 months, and participate in local charities such as "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer", "Race for The Cure" to support the cause of breast cancer. Very friendly instructors who challenge you to get to your next fitness level. I am currently teaching Step Aerobics at Body N Balance and enjoy all of the members. Stop by one Wednesday evening after work at 6:00 p.m. and say hi to Lisa, the Aerobics Instructor and try out my class, I will definitely give you a good workout, and you will burn up to 500 hundred calories within the hour.
