I find the classes motivating, energizing and relaxing all at the same time. The instructor's are knowledgable and always willing to answer question's. The flexibility I have is amazing. I can't talk enough about the benefits I have gotten. The atmosphere is peaceful and non-competitive. I'm hooked on Yoga Shelter!

I've been going there for years and I've had everything from a haircut to color, waxing, pedicures and manicures and have always had great service. Everyone is friendly, lots of magazines, good coffee, a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.
