The Clinton River cascades over the Yates dam, which supplies the headwaters to power the mill. The dam was built to contain the Clinton's churning water for the mill. Several varieties of fresh apples are specially blended throughout the season to produce delicious, 100% natural Yates' cider. Yates cider is made without preservatives. However, we now use a "flash pasteurization" process for your added safety, but refrigeration is still required. It is fat-free, sodium-free, cholesterol-free, an excellent source of fiber and contains only 120 calories per 8 oz. serving.

I love Yates. Great Cider, Great Doughnuts and I love the walking trail that runs along the river. Great way to spend a Fall morning with someone you love.
